Erin OareOwnerShe/Her Erin grew up in Rush City and is still happy to call Rush City her home. Erin bought and started Hairdo or Dye in December of 2008. Erin has been in the cosmetology industry since 2002 and has attended many continuing education classes to keep up to date on all the hottest new trends. She is certified in organic haircoloring techniques and feels it is important to look good and save the environment.

Aerica GivingStylistShe/Her Aerica graduated from Model College of Hair Design in St. Cloud in 2017. She relocated to Rush City with her husband in 2021. She was drawn to Hairdo or Dye's vision and effortlessly fit right in to the HDD family. Aerica specializes in balayage and foils, she is attentive and honest while working with her clients. She looks forward to building her clientele and becoming a supportive and active community member.

At Hairdo or Dye we run things a little differently than some may be accustomed to. We are an employee centered business and value and respect our team members free time and strive to help uphold healthy work and home life balance. This means that our hours are more flexible and we take extra time around holidays to slow down and restore. Always feel free to leave us message if you aren't able to catch us when we are open.
